Seller had my full legal name not just my name listed on delivery address?

I made a purchase and the seller had my full legal name (listed on my personal details in the account settings) and not just the nickname listed on my delivery address. Is there a way to change this? I wasn't aware my full legal name was being given out to every person I buy from

Probably not. eBay passes along the name on your account if you are purchasing for yourself at your home address. eBay would only change it if the address is one that is not part of your records.
