Seller hacked my account! I need somebody to help me
Something crazy has happened! The seller put my email and phone number in the system but somebody else’s name and address for shipping! I purchased an item it never arrived here. The photo shows someone else’s house and UPS documentation I’ve just received directly from them at UPS, states that tracking number and how it arrived at this other person‘s house who happens to be a male not my home, not my address not my name for shipping! eBay said I cannot appeal? Because tracking shows it was delivered? UPS told me it was never delivered to my address or my name. I have the literal proof. How do I get my **bleep** refund? I’m with eBay almost 14 years with no issues and wonderful feedback as a seller and buyer! I need somebody to help me

Mentor10 months agoWhat makes you think it was the seller specifically that did all that, rather than someone else that just gained access to your account and changed your default shipping address previously? How would the seller know in advance that you were going to make that purchase, and how would the seller gain access to your account before you completed the purchase?
It makes more sense that someone else managed to gain access to your account at some point in the past and changed your default shipping address, and that you apparently did not notice when placing your order that it was being delivered to a new address.
If someone else has gained access to your eBay account, regardless of who it actually was, change your eBay password immediately, then examine your account details for any changes, particularly to contact information or addresses.
