Seller got shipped sale returned by USPS
I shipped (free shipping) a seller based on the address on ebay label. Item returned with reasons (Return to Sender 2.Refused 3. Unable to Forward .. Contacted buyer.. No response for a week. Please advise

Mentor9 months agoRefund the buyer. Unfortunately, since you shipped with free shipping, you cannot without any of the shipping charge.
