Seller got negative feedback back removed when they deserved it
How could a seller get feedback removed when they did wrong and it was proven? I thought feedback was to make others aware what they are dealing with.

With the most recent update of the eBay Feedback Removal Policy, it really depends on exactly what you said in your negative.
Any reference to shipping is usually automatically removed. If you would like to provide the exact Feedback, we can take a look.

Mentor2 weeks agoIt's impossible to know based on the information provided. If a case was opened and lost feedback would be removed If tracking showed it was delivered but your feedback said it wasn't they could get it removed. If you mentioned a case that eBay refunded it could be removed.
