Seller got item but did not issue a refund
I purchased an item on my Visa. It was a counterfeit fake bag. eBay apparently also recognized the bags that were being sold were fake because the Seller account was deactivated/banned. I got the return approved and shipped it back. It shows as successfully delivered (returned to seller). I was supposed to get a refund by today. No refund came. Will eBay automatically issue a refund if the seller does not process the return?

If the seller is no longer an active user, Ebay would have automatically started the process of your refund with the return was delivered.
What date was it delivered back to the seller?
Did you open a Return Request claim?
