Seller gone rogue
What can we do when a seller has clearly gone rogue? All recent purchases of a seller I purchased from have negative feedback of "item never arrived" or "I received a completely wrong item". These are all high value items so I believe the seller is trying to take the money and run.

·3 years agoI saw the items were pre-orders to be in stock by the 13th. If they put them in the mail on the 13th today is the 4th business day. I think a lot the negs were left before the pte-order date. For sure you have buyer protection if you get the wrong item or it's never received.
Feedback should be left at the end of the transaction after you get your item or a refund. The seller could be scamming or they could have sent items by mistake. Or their account could be jacked.
What was the expected delivery date? Do you have a tracking number? You can open a case after the latest expected delivery date.

OP3 years agoGot in touch with support who said to wait for the 3 days on my return claim. They escalated this onto their internal teams.

·3 years agoIf you opened a return eBay gives the seller 3 days to respond with a return label or a refund. That's why you must wait 3 days. If the seller doesn't come through eBay will.
