Seller giving the run around
I purchased a tap, and after installing discovered it was leaking and contacted the seller immediately. From initial contact the seller has given me the run around for almost a month and I started a return just before the final date for returns expired.
No contact from the seller for several days, then an email saying get ready to track your return but NO returns label?
2nd email saying track your return, the seller should receive your return soon?
All the information is complete fabrication and I suspect a con as if the return by date is reached, they will NOT provided any refund or replacement product as they will say they have NOT received the return.
