Seller giving me the run around on a electric motor i returned to him
I purchased 2 Gearmotors, listed as new, his listing only showed one Gearmotor, no photos of the manf box, photos taken were with motor in the box. I sent him photos of both the motors. The 2nd motor that he didn’t have photos of was completely wrong type, no encoder and wrong gear ratio. You can clearly see in my photo of the dented in bell housing cover the info tag on the boxes show they came from another purchaser plant. Motors were manf in 2001, no paperwork, i called the motor manufacture, he said they were sold n 2001 to another customer, motors have been out of warranty 15 years ago. Seller is now claiming it was dented up when i sent them back. He is completely avoiding my photos and anything i message him. At this point i just want to return the other motor too. My client will not accept them because of rust on them in food processing area and because they are not new. Where do i go fr
