seller gives wrong tracking number, based on that I did not receive package getting zero help
I placed an order, under my account, but when checking it went under a guest account, my bank paid the seller. Sent me an order number email, then sent an tracking email, then sent package was delivered email.
I checked fedex shows a photo of a box left at a side door, not the item I ordered, and the shipping label was not my address. but the tracking number per ebay seller shows it was delivered , they would not check to who. Told me to contact ebay, I did, but because there is no orders in my account, and it went under a guest account, nothing is being done. I know I was ripped off. Oh Plus the seller deleted the item and changed the amount of it from $ 63.00 to Over $ 90.00
Anybody have another idea how to handle this. Thanks
