Seller getting refunded from eBay
so over the last year, I’ve refunded five cards that were not received to the buyer. Some of these. I’ve refunded the buyer within three business days and then found out that eBay closed the case and the final decision is final. How come I can’t get paid for any of these cards?

I assume these are cards shipped with the standard envelope - did you file claims for reimbursement? The claim should be paid if there is at least one entry on the tracking.
