The seller provided voided tracking number twice and they are not responding to messages. Only option from ebay is "return item" there is no item not received option. I requested to return the item and provided screenshot of the voided tracking number. The seller accepted return and provided shipping label to return the item I didn't receive! I cancelled the return hopping I'll get option to report the item not received. Now I didn't get this option and I'm not able to contact ebay, as phone call don't show my country code (Bahrain). Im not able to appeal as I closed the return. This is direct fraud and it's frustrating! What options I have?
