Seller gave me address to return item but no shipping label regardless of their return policy...
Seller sent me an address to return an item that has a guarantee for returns. https://www.ebay.com/itm/385390432365
The seller told ebay they provided this as the reply...
The seller let us know that they provided a way for you to return the item. If that's not the case, contact the seller.
Please make sure to ship the item back and upload the tracking details by Sep 26
Once your item is delivered, you can expect a refund within 3 business days.
They are required to give me a shipping label. And it has been longer than 3 business days but there is no option anywhere to have Ebay step in to help....
I have called 2 customer service numbers and everything keeps looping me back to this as the emailed Ebay reply....

Mentor10 months agoGo to My ebay > Purchase History and select RETURN THIS ITEM. You have up to 30 days from receipt of the item. Select a reason. For Not as Described, you will need to click on More actions. The seller will have 3 days to reply. If no reply, then click the link to Ask ebay to step in. Print out the label, affix it to the box, and make sure the carrier scans the label. Once tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, s/he has 2 days to refund you. If no refund, go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
If it has been more than 30 days since receipt of the item, file a chargeback with your credit card issuer if that is how you paid.
