was told by seller can have full refund on a erronously listed item.( 3 pieces ) he just gave me a shipping label for 1 item.

Did the return include 3 separate listings? If so, then you have to file a Returns Request for EACH listing. If the listing included 3 items, then one return shipping label would be sent.
