Seller fulfilling orders through Walmart??
I ordered a large rectangular galvanized tub from a seller on ebay. It is the same item that Walmart carries but they were out of stock. I found the identical item here, so I ordered it. Yesterday a gentleman pulls up outside with a trunk full of Walmart deliveries, and one was for me. It was an oval shaped galvanized tub, and smaller than what I ordered from ebay. However I did not order this from Walmart. I checked the order number and it is no where to be found on my account. This morning I receive a message from the ebay seller I purchased the large tub from. They say my item was delivered yesterday, and ask if I was happy with it. They show a photo of my driveway. I messaged them I did not receive the item. But I think I know whats happening. I believe they are fulfilling their orders through Walmart, then Walmart delivers them. They are packaged in Walmart wrappers. No shipping is charged to the seller . But my ebay order does not show it was shipped or delivered and there is no tracking available. Also, the sellers shop is a ton of Walmart merchandise. Also, I probably got the wrong item sent because it was substituted for the item that they were out of stock when I searched their site. It shows I have paid for the original item I ordered, and will either have to do a return or say I have never received my ordered item. Has anyone else ever encountered this situation?
