Seller fraud
I purchased a new in package bluetooth from a seller It is defective Ebay is making making me the victim in the sellers fraud Excuses from ebay with no confirmation that I will get my money back guarantee I am extremely disappointed with ebays failure to honor my situation All I get are excuses maybes no guarantee In the past if I experienced sellers fraud ebay honored my refund immediately Now I wounder if they will honor their word

You are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from the date of receipt: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
You do not need to be in contact with either the Seller or eBay to initiate and execute an official return described as follows.
Go to the item in your Purchase history and file a RETURN using the reason "Does not match pictures or description". eBay will issue you a pre-paid return shipping label regardless of the Seller's return policy. You return the item and the Seller will have 2 days to refund you. Failing that you go back to the claim and ask eBay to step in and force the refund.

OP7 months agoEbay sent me a defective thing picture is it a qr code whatever that is I am threatened with no refund if I do not send item back by the 20th feb There is no way to return item Everybody refuses to send me prepaid shipping envelope Seller refuses to help Ebay made me the victim of sellers fraud So much for money back guarantee
