seller fraud
seller would not cancel or refund my money after i paid for an item. they said it was damaged and would refund the money but never did. the order is still in waiting shipment and they lied about contacting ebay to cancel the order on their end.

Mentor2 years agoIf the seller has not refunded you by the day after the last estimated delivery date shown in your Purchase History you can file an "item not received" case with eBay. If the seller cannot provide tracking that shows delivery within three business days, you can ask eBay to step in and force a refund.
