Seller fraud
Seller sent me the wrong item. I contacted the seller and seller told me to accept a $1.00 refund on a $200.00 purchase and they would send me the correct item. I agreed and seller never sent the the correct item. But because I agreed to the $1.00 refund now eBay says case closed. What do I do?

The seller scammed you.
File a dispute through Paypal or with your funding source.
