Seller fraud
This seller relisted this item. The final bid was just after my bid. To be able to relist, the final bid must have been retracted. This would make my bid the winning bid. But that did not happen. What is going on here? Does eBay now allow this behavior? Please get back to me.

Mentor2 years agoThe winning buyer may not have paid or the seller may not have been able to ship to the buyer for various reasons. There are other possibilities, but they would just be guesses without seeing the item listing. What is the item #?
