Seller flagged by eBay
I attempted to contact the seller because the sprayer doesn’t work. I see the sellers sight has been flagged and voided. A couple of drops came out and this is not authentic. Bottom line is it didn’t look like what I ordered and it doesn’t spray.

If you received something that is not as shown in the listing, you would have 30 days from delivery to request a refund. Even if the Seller is no longer on eBay.
You would need to go to that transaction and open an Item Not as Described refund request. EBay should handle it from there.
