Seller fees being applied to sales tax
I know ebay has been doing this for years, but is there any way to get them to stop applying the seller fees to the sales tax portion of a sale? That is not money we ever see and it seems patently unfair (and maybe even illegal??) to apply their fee to the sales tax that is given to the government, not to the seller.

Mentor1 year ago@tsunamilightwave. All payment processors charge their fee on the total that they process.
This is not unique to eBay. PayPal always charged their processing fee on the total.
It is legal. As a seller I of course don't like paying fees but since eBay handles the collection and distribution of the sales tax it's well worth it.
