Seller feedback removed from my account

Question

I have been a member of ebay since 2001 and have a total of 198 transactions. 78 of those transaction were sales with 100% positive customer feedback. I have not sold anything on ebay since 2021 during all of the Covid ordeal.

This week I listed an item for sale only to find out that all of my customer feedback had been totally wiped out. I can see the information when I search for it internally, but to all customers looking at an item I have up for sale it appears that I have never sold a single item on ebay.

Any suggestions? Do I just start all over again? Help!!

Make sure you are sorting your feedback by "most recent" rather than by relevance.

I see your seller feedback when I do that.

Your feedback number is 198. Your percentage is zero because you have not received any feedback in the last year. Once you receive any positive feedback, your percentage will go back up to 100%.
