When you read the description on that Seller's listings do they seem accurate to you?
Keep in mind, some information on the Feedback system is subjective because each person leaving Feedback is different. They may focus on different things when it comes to buying on the venue.
On a listing eBay has three areas that you may want to focus on:
-Condition
-Item Specifics
-Description
If you see an item that seems lacking in those areas you can message the Seller and ask questions. If they don't respond then find another Seller.
