seller feedback after 90 days
I purchased a birdhouse advertised as "Heavy Duty - Very Durable & Built To Last (includes weather resistant paint)" in August 2023. I starting contacting the Seller in February of 2024. After seven months, it is disintegrating in my yard. Exchanged multiple messages (via Ebay messages) over two month period asking for refund or replacement. Seller is no longer responding.
How do I leave accurate feedback reflecting the quality of this product after the Feedback window has closed?

OP2 years agoVery clearly stated. I was hoping to be able to reach out to EBay directly however if I understand you correctly, that is not an option? I guess I'm ranting.

Mentor2 years agoYou are welcome. Although it is passed the time to leave this Seller feedback, there should still be time to file a claim through your payment provider for a possible refund.

Mentor2 years agoBuyers have up to 60 days to leave feedback for Sellers. There is no way to get around that time limit. Your option now is to contact your payment provider to file a claim.
