Seller Feedback
I've been a buying member since the 90's. Lately, it seems like sellers aren't leaving feedback and I was wondering if there's some reason for this or if it's just a coincidence. Thanks in advance for any insight.

Leaving feedback for buyers or sellers has always been a voluntary not required action. There also has never been a requirement for who should leave it first.
Some sellers leave feedback in batches when they feel like it. Some only after receiving one from a buyer and some very high volume ones use automatic feedback to be left when a buyer pays.
The feedback you receive as a buyer will always be positive since buyers cannot receive neutral or negative feedback. So your 100% rating is shared with buyers who do not pay or try to scam sellers. Your ebay reputation is based on the feedback you leave for sellers, especially the
non-positive ones.
If you are wondering about the difference between the number showing (901) vs. the actual number you have received. That can be because you buy multiple items from sellers at one time. Even if they leave a feedback for each purchase it only counts as ( 1 ) feedback for the transaction.

OP3 weeks agoI always leave feedback. I don't care about who goes first. But out of the last 10 items I've purchased, I only received feedback from the seller on 3 of them and it makes me a little sad. This is a new thing. Sellers used to always leave feedback.
