There is no rating on my Seller Feedback account for Item Description and Communication, Five stars for wrapping items and timelines of shipping. Why no rating?

Mentor3 years agoYou need to have at least ten ratings in the last year in order for those stars to be displayed. If some of your buyers skip those ratings categories you may need additional ratings to meet the cut-off for display.
