Seller feedback
I have a complaint about the seller feedback system. How can you give true feedback when you have to go through loops to make a complaint. It’s ridiculous if it’s not good they make you wait 7 days or it just doesn’t let you do anything. You don’t get bad complaints about there service because most people don’t have the time to deal with all that. It will be a while before I order from e-bay again and I used to order from them only

First let's start with eBay's Money Back Guarantee, you are protected by that. eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
Depending on the issue many volunteer members here can assist you. The reason you cannot leave Feedback for 7 days for that particular Seller is because of their Experienced Seller status. If you have not tried to contact them I would suggest doing that first.
Again, depending on the situation you might be able to file a return claim and have the return shipping paid by the Seller through eBay.
