SELLER FEEDBACK
I don't need to tell the ebay community how bad customer service has gotten over the years. It's nearly impossible to get someone to call you as they could care nothing about padding their wallet with the sellers and buyers money. Onto why I am here. A buyer left a neutral not negative feedback but just the same their feedback derogatory statement about my product in their comment said verbatim "my bad , I did not read the description as I do not need a plastic shark tooth. I sell replica shark teeth and spell it out in great detail in my ad and buyer never said anything until they left this on my page. I have had enough of this sort of thing and asked ebay to remove it and one agent assured me it would be but days went buy with the remark still there. When I inquired once again they said they would not that they did not feel it was an issue. Maybe it did not reflect on my ratings but an idiot should not be allowed to admit his wrong and I have to have a neutral on my perfect rated page. Ebay will hound sellers about leaving feedback for buyers and 9 out of 10 buyers don't leave feedback and I don't see ebay twisting their arms. If they do not choose to back me as a supposed valued seller on this, then I am now after a decade on ebay have chosen to find a different social media outlet to sell my goods after this.
