Seller fee refunds
My account was charged a sellers fee of $53 for an item that was ended due to a item description error. When I ended the auction, I clearly stated that there was an error. I later relisted the item with the correct information. How do I get a refund for the $53? There is very little help when I try to contact ebay to address this situation. I wouold like to talk with a REAL person and not a computer generated help section.

If you don't see 'have us call you' right under the chat link, click chat. Then at the bottom of the chat topics, click more, then click contact an agent.
They will generally refund the final value fees on 1 auction per year ended with bids but not sold to the high bidder.
