Seller falsely advertising 10 year warranty and not honouring it
What do you do if you have purchased an item off Ebay and the seller sold with 10 year warranty and have accepted the fault and after twleve months have still not rectified or made any attempt to rectify the problem. Seems there is no recourse to them and they are illegally declaring a warranty that they do not honour
