Seller fails to honor sale - I am the buyer

Cancellation reason:Issue with buyer's shipping address I have used the address successfully for 16 years with ebay sellers. This is a fraud. Believe seller just did not want to honor price sold. https://www.ebay.com/itm/365926711788 How does eBay remove bad sellers?

1. Select The seller has violated one of eBayâ€™s policies and click Continue.

2. On the next page, enter the seller's ID and select Other.

3. In the comment section, write "In order to avoid earning a defect, seller cancelled order stating there was a problem with my address (which hasn't changed in 16 years ."
