The seller has 3 business days to send you a return label or a refund. If he doesn't, or says he can not send a label, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
When the seller gives you the return address, contact customer service. The seller is responsible for the return shipping - they can tell him to send you the money for the return. He may then choose to offer the 50% refund.
