Seller failed to give a a code for a registered Obd 2 device
I purchased an OBDELEVEN pro on ebay and the seller lied that the device is new , to discover that the device is registered to someone else
He refused to send the code that allows me to use the device and he suggested a return but the window is closed

and Ebay has refused an appeal
