USPS representative explained that the postal employee could not make the delivery because the seller did not have the correct address information on the package and returned the package to the shipper's contact in Perth Amboy. Buyers are responsible for keeping their SHIP TO address up to date.

There are FIVE addresses to edit/update.

I would go to your Purchase history, locate the item and click on CONTACT SELLER. Suggest the seller file a cancellation for Problem with buyer's address. That will refund your item price. The seller can then relist the item, you can then repurchase and this time make sure the SHIP TO address is correct.

If you are using the new messaging system, start typing where it says SEND MESSAGE. The area will enlarge as you type. When done typing, click on that "paper airplane" looking arrow on the right side to send the message.

The best way to ask for a refund in this case is to open a not received claim. I assume the address on your payment was complete and correct.

After the last expected delivery date, but no more than 30 days after the last expected delivery date, go to your purchase history - select 'I haven't received it' and follow the prompts.

The seller has 3 business days to provide tracking that shows delivery, or a refund. If he doesn't, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
