SELLER EDITED & CHANGED DELIVERYTIME AFTER I'VE ORDERED THE ITEM & IT'S NOW GOING TO ARRIVE TOO LATE

Question

On October 14th, I bought this item that had an estimated delivery date of Oct 17 - Oct 23rd... Today is Oct 20th, and the item has NOT SHIPPED YET!!!

AFTER I purchased this item, for $21.20, seller decided to edit the orders delivery date to not be BEFORE Oct 31, AND raised the price to $36... I WANT THE $23.08 BACK AS THE ITEM WILL BE ARRIVING TOO LATE!!!

Here is how to formally request a refund of your full payment through the Item Not Received process

1) Look at your purchase history here: https://www.ebay.com/mye/myebay/purchase

- View Order Details

- Check the Estimated Delivery Date for your purchase, and

- Check the tracking for your purchase

When it is past the estimated delivery date (and there is no tracking, or the tracking doesnâ€™t show that is close to delivery):
