Did this happen in your cart? I had the same issue today. The cart stated that the item I had just committed to purchase was no longer available (because it had been purchased, obviously, by me). But it had me off-balance for a few minutes as I struggled to figure it out. I refreshed my cart, waited a few more minutes, refreshed my cart again, and then the item that I had committed to purchase appeared in the cart at the offer price (while the same item was also in the cart as no longer available). I deleted the "no longer available" item (probably could have waited for it to disappear on its own) and was able to complete checkout.
