Seller duplicated item and wants me to return it
I had two separate orders from the same seller and they sent the incorrect order to me as one shipment. It was a duplicated of one of the items I bought. They want me to return one of the duplicated items which I’m willing to do, but eBay wants me to set up a refund when I don’t want a refund I just want to return the erroneous item. They also haven’t shipped the item that was incorrectly never shipped yet. What should I do?
