Seller Double charged on Shipping Fees
Ebay double charged me as a seller for shipping. They took it out of my payout.
How do you get a hold of someone to resolve issue?

Mentor1 week agoIf you only created one label you were only charged for one label. Check here for any duplicates.

Mentor1 week agoIf you printed a label on ebay it is charged per the setting you made, which could be from your ebay account or PayPal.

OP1 week agoThanks, it was paid shipping. So it should come out of the total sale amount which it did.
But did it twice because I added extra insurance
