Seller don’t want give me shipping label

I requested a refund for my product, and the seller authorized it; however, he refuses to send me the shipping label. I asked him why—pointing out that for other products on eBay, sellers *do* provide a shipping label—especially since the product simply didn't fit.

Unless this was a vehicle part the "does not fit" reason is a buyers remorse reason and the sellers return policy will be enforced. If the seller has buyers pay the return shipping charge then that is what you have to do. Did you just contact the seller or did you go through the official eBay return process? If you went through eBay then the seller could have sent you a label with you paying the label charge. If you just went to the seller then they have no way to do this.
