Seller dont ship my product

i dint send my product and dont andswered my messages, my money is stock i want to cancell but it dont let me to do it, say contact seller but i didnt answered need the money to buy other similar item

eBay has a procedure you can follow if a seller does not deliver what was sold by the last estimated delivery date shown in your purchase history. The next day you can file an "item not received" case with eBay. The seller will have three business days to provide tracking that shows delivery or else refund you. If the seller does not cooperate, at that point you can ask eBay to step in and refund you directly.
