Magustic hydraulic pump stalls customer To Avoid Replacement of a Pump that is Under Warranty and Refuses to Replace With a Non leaking unit Joe Request impossible photos of the Actual leak Too Avoid Replacement or Refund for a Hydraulic fluid pump that costs over $200 + shipping and They Should be Prosecuted for Fraud and banned from selling anything I'm Not the only one they have Ripped off with a Defective pump China knockoff Is A Better pump than the Junk They are Sending Too Customers Stall on Replacement! Stall till Warranty is Expired So They can Steal funds without delivery of the Item As Described in their Ad Joe is Great At Stalling and Ripping off customers Beware of Their Post know if you Buy from Them you will get A Defective leaking junk pump that hasn't been checked or anything guaranteed to be Junk straight out of the Box!! Crook's saleing Junk won't refund anything won't Replace anything Several times I have contacted him from the very first Day I Received the Defective pump Stalled again and again and again tell the 30 Days was up and Still will not Replace it 😕 I don't Even Believe The description is Actual made in America it States more like a Third world country! Never Again! Beware Beware Beware Joe will RIP you Off and you will have A Junk Pump and You will Not get it Replaced/Repaired OR Refunded So might want to Just Flush your Money Down instead of Giving it to Them!!!

eBay's money back guarantee, which is not a warranty, only applies in the first thirty days after receipt of the item.
Manufacturer's warranties typically only apply if you purchase the item from an authorized dealer; check with the manufacturer to see what your options are.
A warranty is only as good as the reputation of whoever offers it. A claim of a two year warranty made by a random seller on eBay is not worth much. Neither you nor eBay can force the seller to honor the warranty if the seller disappears or ignores you.
You may have some protection from PayPal or your payment method; PayPal and many credit cards may offer up to six months protection for your purchases, though PayPal has limited "not as described" returns to thirty days. After your credit card protection expires, you have few options.
