Seller doesn't want to do replacement
The item arrived broken and seller stopped replying to my messages. They waited 30 days offering me replacement and I was agreed and now he/she is ghosting me. Also, the item was $14 and it says FREE SHIPPING but now I see that they charged me extra$9.78 for shipping!

Mentor3 years agoDid the seller have the replacement option available on the listing? If not then he is not obligated to replace, but to either let you return the item for a refund or just to refund without a return.
Appears seller has strung you along past the 30 day ebay limit for opening a Return Request on ebay. If that is the case, you will have to open one with the payment processor.
