Seller doesn't take returns
I bought a video card for $ 335.00 and it is defective, it causes the computer screen to go black when gaming. I also tried it on my back up computer and the same thing happens. Since the seller says he doesn't take returns and sold me a defective video card what can I do, thanks

Mentor2 years agoIf you received an item that is not as described (in your case, defective), you have up to 30 days to open a return using the option next to the transaction in your Purchase History. The seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label or else refund. If he does neither, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
