Seller doesn't respond and it took more than 18 days

Hello, I need help, I bought a product, and the seller only spoke to me until the time of purchase. When I paid, I said I was sending the next day, it's been 16 days and I don't have a tracking number. He answered a few messages, serving that he is not waiting all day from eBay to answer. I wanted eBay to intervene, but I don't have a way! Help me, please! Thank you!!

What is the estimated date of delivery as shown in your Purchase History? Has that date passed already?

IF/WHEN the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed by at least 1 day, you have up to 30 days past estimated date of delivery to file a Refund Request:

Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history

Select â€œMore actionsâ€ beside your item and then â€œI didn't receive it.â€
Click the box beside I want a refund.
Select Send request.

If the seller does not respond after 3 days, you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.

Find the item in your Purchase History
Select See request details
Select â€œAsk eBay to step in.â€
