Seller Doesn't Honor Stated Warranty
I purchased an item that supposedly had a 6 month guarantee, in which the item
broke in 4 months. I attempted on three different occasions to discuss my concerns with the seller who ended the correspondence with not responding to my response of not being able to aend video to show it's malfunction. This is a seller with many numbers of sales. Can't Ebay assiat in resolving this concern, as the seller has yet to respond to the most recent correspondence.

Mentor4 months agoEbay cannot help beyond the 30 day Ebay Money Back Guarantee for buyers.
They cannot enforce a seller to honor their so-called warranty.
Contact the funding source you used to pay for the item to file a dispute.

Mentor4 months agoebay's Money Back Guarantee expires 30 days after receipt of the item. Manufacturers do not honor their warranties unless the seller is an authorized dealer or reseller. Buyers can file a return within 180 days if they paid with Paypal, or as a last resort, file a charge back with their credit card issuer.
