seller doesn't communicate
this has happened to me at least twice with the last two sellers that I ask questions.
I wait a couple of weeks and ask the same question again and STILL neither one of these sellers has answered me.
I can't find the right 'category' to click on under ebay contact customer service

eBay cannot help with this - they cannot force a seller to communicate with you. If a seller isn't interested enough in helping you in order to get a sale, imagine what you'll experience if you have a problem with the transaction. It's best to move on and find a better seller (and be sure you're reviewing the seller's feedback before making a decision to buy so you know what other buyers have experienced).
