Seller doesn't answer message
I would like to purchase an item from a seller with 100% positive reviews, including with communications. The item's description doesn't match the pictures - I want to confirm the colors. I sent my first message on July 11th. I've not had a response to my messages. Is there a way to see if the seller has received my messages?

Mentor3 years agoSeller may be away or ebay may not have delivered your message, which does happen. Do not purchase if seller doesn't respond.
