Seller told me to close the return request before they could send me a replacement item that was damaged and missing parts I expressed my concern of doing so then did as they asked now I havenâ€™t heard anything else or received any confirmation of a replacement being sent now Iâ€™m out of 180$ that was basically stolen from me I have screen shots of the entire conversation where basically they said they couldnâ€™t do anything until I closed the return request
