Seller doesn’t have product
I am about done with eBay all together. Customer service has gone down hill, cannot contact anyone and feel I am always on my own with problems.
I agree to buy something I need as soon as possible and wait some time and then the seller says they don’t have the product. Why the hell are you posting and trying to sell if you don’t have it ? This is ridiculous and it needs to stop. It is not good for anyone.

Mentor2 years agoIf you purchased something from an individual Seller and they canceled the order after your purchase, they need to cancel for "being out of stock". This will have a serious impact on their selling account. If you purchased and they canceled "at customer's request", that is a violation of policy and you can report them.
If you purchased and they canceled, you can leave the appropriate feedback.
eBay depends on Buyers to report Sellers that do not follow policies.
