Seller does not send item purchased and does not provide refund. eBay not supportive
As stated in (seller- Clearinghouse watches)
my many previous correspondence with you. It states
delivered, but as | have stated to you a number of times and informed EBay - I did not
receive, nor have l received any package or the watch I ordered from you on and informed EBay EBay- I did not receive, nor have l received any package or the watch I ordered from you on
December 08, 2023 to date. And therefore, have requested a I would very much appreciate the assistance of EBAY to assist in resolving this issue!!Seller has defrauded me out of $423— I have also now contacted my credit card
companyto assist me in this issue. Again stating that I have not received a package or the
refund from Seller or EBay (under their no money lost guarantee ) for my purchase!! The amazing thing is that no signature was requested on delivery and item was never delivered to or received by me - I am out $423 and EBay is not standing behind there “Full Money Refund to Buyers who are swindled by sellers on EBay) - All I can say is EBay does not stand behind buyers and are just after the money they can make. Individuals being ripped off on this sight can be dammed. eBay does not stand behind its Guarantee. They even allow sellers who defraud buyers out of their hard earned money to continue selling on their website. My conclusion- use any other website for purchases and boycott EBay as they defraud Buyers on a daily basis!!!!!!!

If tracking indicates the item was delivered, Ebay cannot help you.
The seller was not required to ship with signature confirmation since the price of the item was less than $750.
Since you already contacted your credit card company, Ebay will not help you even if they could.
Have you contacted the shipping company to inquire where they delivered the item?
