Any way to get a phone number to talk to an eBay representative?

I am very sorry this happened. Follow these directions exactly to get your refund:
* Go to your Purchase History and file a ‘return request’ … choosing ‘Doesn't match description or photos’ as the reason for the request.
* If the seller fails to provide either a prepaid shipping label OR a full refund within 3 business days, then go back to your open request on Day 4 and ask eBay to step in. eBay will do the rest.
